"A large specimen blew me away when I saw it in bloom at Tower Hill, now called New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill." - Alison Saylor
"I've grown these in two Massachusetts gardens. They have honey-scented spring blooms, but also reliably have beautiful yellow to orange to burnished red fall foliage. Use one to replace an invasive burning bush!" -Sally Ishizaka
